Andrzej Wroński serves as the Chief Executive Officer of 7R. He is a manager in the logistics and industrial real estate sector with more than 20 years of experience in both operational and executive roles. For 17 years he was associated with P3 Logistic Parks, where he progressed from leading asset and property management in Poland to Country Head Poland and regional asset management responsibilities across CEE. Later, he served as Group Head of Asset Management (he was responsible for managing P3’s assets across Europe) and took on the role of Managing Director for P3 Romania, while also chairing the Portfolio Management Committee.

Throughout his career, he has led projects and initiatives focused on portfolio development and optimisation, operational excellence, and establishing standards for cooperation with clients. At 7R, he is responsible for the execution of the company’s business strategy, organisational development, and strengthening predictable, high-quality project delivery — from the investment phase through to long-term performance during the lease period.
