Aneta Sacharczuk-Otto has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. At Sika, she serves as ESG & Sustainability Manager and is responsible for the institutional construction segment. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology, an MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics, and postgraduate qualifications in ESG in construction.

She leads the implementation of Sika’s ESG strategy and key sustainability initiatives. She also oversees projects within Commercial Construction, including investments for the defense sector, data centers and healthcare — areas requiring advanced technological solutions, robust safety standards and a strong environmental focus.

Earlier in her career, she supported Sika’s expansion across Eastern European markets as Export Manager, gaining extensive experience in international cooperation and managing complex, high‑impact projects.

She is actively involved in efforts to raise industry standards, including co‑authoring the DAFA Guidelines for photovoltaic installations on flat roofs. Her work integrates engineering expertise, strategic thinking and environmental responsibility, contributing to the evolution of modern and sustainable construction.
