Anna Nowak-Jaworska is a Country President and CEO of Schneider Electric in Poland. She is responsible for the company’s strategy and the development of its operations in the Polish market.
Previously, she served as Vice President for Commercial Transformation in Europe, where she implemented innovative solutions that increased sales efficiency and improved customer experience. Between 2017 and 2022, as Vice President for the Central and Eastern Europe cluster, she was responsible for the development of the Power Products, Home & Distribution and Digital Energy businesses in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine.
She has been with Schneider Electric for nearly 15 years. She actively promotes diversity, supports the role of women in the technology sector, and contributes to the development of solutions that advance energy efficiency and the energy transition.
