Studied Business Management and Finance at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and completed both a Master’s and PhD in International Political Economy at the University of Tsukuba in Japan. His areas of expertise include investment trends, Asian business culture, corporate internationalization, and contemporary political and economic relations between Japan and Europe, as well as between the Republic of Korea and Europe.
He is actively involved in fostering cooperation between local governments and the private sector, attracting foreign direct investment and supporting the global expansion of Polish companies. A frequent speaker at domestic and international conferences on investment, promotion and foreign expansion, he has served as a Private Sector Liaison Officer for the World Bank Group, assisting Polish entrepreneurs with international public procurement procedures. As a trainer and academic lecturer, he focuses on the politics, economy, history and business environment of Japan and the Republic of Korea, as well as economic promotion and international business expansion. He headed the Foreign Trade Office of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency in Seoul (2018–2020) and later managed its Foreign Trade Office in Taipei (2021).
