Benoît Charles is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Apsys Poland – a leading developer and manager of retail and mixed-use real estate projects in Poland. He has held this position since 2016, being responsible for the company’s strategy, development, and operational performance. Previously, he served as Director of Development, Promotion and Construction at Immochan (2013–2016) and as General Director of Immochan Poland (2007–2013). He began his career at Apsys France (2002–2005), later becoming Promotion Director at Immochan France (2005–2007).
Under his leadership, Apsys carries out and manages key assets on the market – including Posnania, an icon of Poznań’s retail landscape.
He emphasizes sustainable development, local integration, and innovative property management approaches in all Apsys initiatives.
In recent years, he is also actively involved in partnership initiatives and industry dialogue concerning the role of developers in shaping sustainable, “urban” projects, emphasizing the importance of combining retail, services, entertainment, and social functions.
