He focuses primarily on research issues related to human capital, the labor market, demographic processes, and migration. He holds a degree in Sociology from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and a postgraduate diploma in Service Design from SWPS University. He has over 16 years of experience in conducting social, evaluation, and market research as well as in public policy consulting and advisory services. He has managed or co-developed more than 120 research and consulting projects commissioned by public institutions, including ministries, government agencies, regional authorities, the European Commission, and other European organizations. His responsibilities have included the design, organization, and implementation of research projects, preparation of reports and presentations, and formulation of policy recommendations. He has extensive experience in evaluating European Funds, conducting labor market analyses, and implementing projects in the fields of education and higher education.
