Assistant Professor at the Institute of Management and Quality Sciences at the Humanitas University in Sosnowiec, lawyer, author of academic publications, and MBA graduate. She gained her professional experience in public administration and local government, including within the structures of the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis (GZM). She participated in two editions of an international scholarship exchange program for doctoral candidates and academic staff at the University of Vienna. She combines practical experience with academic activity and the organization of scientific initiatives. Her research interests focus on public administration as well as public and strategic management, with particular emphasis on healthcare-related issues. Currently, she is involved in activities related to research development and the advancement of academic initiatives.
