A senior executive with extensive experience leading large industrial organizations and delivering projects of strategic importance to the economy. She specializes in infrastructure and industrial investment, as well as in the development of modern solutions in the circular economy sector.
She previously held senior leadership positions across both the industrial and public sectors. As Vice President for Development at KGHM, President of the Management Board of KGHM ZANAM, and Vice President of the Legnica Special Economic Zone, she oversaw the preparation and execution of major strategic investments. She also initiated the Lower Silesian Automotive and Aviation Clusters
She was awarded the Wektor prize in recognition of her contirbution to the development of the waste management sector and her commitment to sustainable development.
A graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics with a degree in Management, she also completed the Polish-Austrian Management Program. In addition, she has completed executive education programs at The George Washington University and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
