Ms. Elena Voloshyna is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. At IFC she currently serves as the Country Manager for Ukraine, where she oversees IFC's investment and advisory services in Ukraine, fosters private sector development, and promotes sustainable economic growth.
Having joined IFC in 1992 when IFC first launched its operation in Ukraine, Elena has built a strong foundation in finance and economics. She has held various leadership positions, demonstrating expertise in managing complex projects and driving strategic initiatives. Her contributions have been instrumental in expanding and strengthening IFC's presence in Ukraine.
Throughout her career, Elena has gained extensive experience in investment operations, investment promotion, client engagements, and advisory work. Under her leadership, IFC has successfully implemented numerous projects to improve Ukraine's business climate, support small and medium-sized enterprises, and enhance infrastructure development. Her efforts have significantly bolstered the country's economic resilience and growth.
