Grzegorz Kaczorowski

Director of the Economic Development Office of the City of Warsaw, responsible for investment projects, supporting entrepreneurship and the innovation ecosystem, and economic promotion. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. Since 2009, professionally associated with public-private partnership (PPP) issues. Coordinator of preparatory and implementation work related to investments carried out under the PPP and concession models, mainly in the development of multifunctional urban spaces. Author of expert publications on PPP, as well as an experienced manager and trainer in project management and commercial law, specializing in large-scale investment projects.
