Hubert Cichocki is an associate professor at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), affiliated with the Institute of Management at the Collegium of Management and Finance. His academic interests focus primarily on organizational economics and public management. He worked at the Supreme Audit Office, serving as an advisor, department head, and deputy director.
He took part in the implementation of numerous organization wide projects, including regulatory adaptation processes, development and implementation of internal policies, quality improvement processes, and human resource management reforms. He also served as a management consultant in an international project financed by the European Commission at the Office of the Auditor General of Albania.
Hubert Cichocki holds a PhD in Economics and Finance from Kozminski University.
Since 2024, he has served as President of the Łukasiewicz Research Network.
