Jacek Cieplak
Deputy President of the Management Board, Pracodawcy RP
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed his legal apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. Since 2010, a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
In September 2018, he was appointed the Deputy Ombudsman for Small and Medium Enterprises.
In December 2021, he resigned from that position and returned to practise as a Barrister in his own law firm.
Advisor to the President of the Warsaw Bar Association.
Permanent mediator in the arbitration court of the Solicitors Office of the Republic of Poland.
Jacek Cieplak represents Employers of Poland in the Social Dialogue Council.
Author of numerous speeches and publications.
