Jakub Bator
Deputy President of CEWEP and co-founder of SPEO, Jakub Bator has spent over 14 years shaping Waste-to-Energy infrastructure in Poland and at the European level.
As a Management Board Member at Krakowski Holding Komunalny, he led the development and operation of one of Poland's first municipal WtE plants in Kraków — a facility that became a national reference point for subsequent investments in the sector.
He currently serves as Country Manager Poland at Indaver Holding NV, developing new WtE projects across the country and bridging the gap between municipal decision-makers, regulators, and investors.
He holds a degree in management from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
