Jakub joined KPMG in 2014 and has specialised in transfer pricing since 2011. He focuses on advising clients on the development of efficient intercompany settlement models, as well as on the design and structuring of value chains for both Polish and international capital groups.
Jakub coordinates and contributes to numerous transfer pricing projects, including compliance work, particularly the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking analyses for related-party transactions, and group-level documentation such as Master Files.
He has also been involved in several projects relating to the negotiation of Advance Pricing Agreements with the Ministry of Finance, as well as the conduct of mutual agreement procedures.
Jakub is the author of numerous publications on transfer pricing and regularly delivers training sessions and workshops in this field.
