Jakub has been with McKinsey’s Warsaw office since 2013, bringing over a decade of international experience. Over the course of his career, he has worked with clients across Europe, Australia, Africa, and the Americas, supporting Polish, European, and global leaders in addressing complex strategic and operational challenges.
He focuses on operational transformations, working at the intersection of technology and business performance. Jakub has contributed to a range of large-scale transformation efforts, particularly in manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement. His experience spans both heavy and light industrial sectors. He has also supported initiatives related to advanced manufacturing in Europe, including the establishment of one of the first WEF Digital Manufacturing Lighthouses in the region, and has participated in discussions on industrial competitiveness and the adoption of Industry 4.0 solutions.
Jakub holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Łódź and an MBA from INSEAD, where he developed his leadership skills across campuses in Singapore and France.
Outside of work, he enjoys golf and sailing, which provide a balance to his professional commitments.
