Is a senior executive with extensive international experience in developing and managing advanced business services, technology initiatives, and commercial transformations.
Since 2025, he has served as Group Head of DBS Operations at BAT, based in London. Janusz joined BAT in 2021 as Global Platform Lead and subsequently became General Manager of Digital Business Solutions and the GBS Centre in Warsaw.
His prior roles include Strategy & Consulting Technology Advisory at Accenture, Business Development Director and Board Member at ArchiDoc S.A. within the OEX Group, and over 20 years as IT and Global Business Services Leader at Procter & Gamble, where he led significant regional and global transformations and organizational redesigns out of Poland and Switzerland.
Janusz is a co-founder of ABSL Poland, serving as President and Chairman of the Management Board since 2022, and is the Founding Leader of ABSL International. He holds a degree from Warsaw University of Technology and an MBA certified by three leading European universities.
