A graduate of the Faculty of Fundamental Problems of Technology at the Wrocław University of Technology and postgraduate studies at the Wrocław University of Economics.
Professionally associated with health care (since 1989) - previously in the Wrocław City Hall (Director of the Health Department) and the Marshal's Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship (Director of the Health Department). In the years 2020-2026, he was the director of the St. Hedwig of Silesia Hospital in Trzebnica.
The achievements include the creation of a system for monitoring activities, improving the technical infrastructure of units subordinate to the Marshal's Office (including the construction of a new provincial hospital), and the effective use of European funds. In the area of interest: consolidation, organizational and financial restructuring of health care units, European projects in the field of health care (Carewell, Upright, Tittan, Hercules).
He was a member of the supervisory boards of companies related to health care (DCM DOLMED SA, Nowy Szpital Wojewódzki sp. z o.o., PZU Zdrowia SA).
