Combines experience in oversight, finance, audit and risk management with an ownership and executive perspective. Her work focuses on corporate governance, internal control systems and risk management in organisations operating in conditions of transformation and increasing complexity.

Throughout her career, she has held senior positions in both Polish and international organisations, including Amazon, Deloitte, KPMG, LOT Polish Airlines and Noble Bank. She has participated in integration processes, organisational change initiatives and projects related to building and reorganising corporate functions within large, complex structures.
Her experience also includes operating at the intersection of executive management, oversight and corporate functions, with a focus on the quality of oversight and organisational resilience.
She holds internationally recognised professional qualifications: FCCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and CIA (Certified Internal Auditor).
Author and co-author of publications, reports and analyses on corporate governance, risk, audit and sustainability. Speaker and lecturer.
