Jolanta Itrich-Drabarek

Jolanta Itrich-Drabarek

is a professor of social sciences with expertise in strategic management and policy development in research and innovation. Her career combines extensive academic experience (University of Warsaw, Polish Academy of Sciences, Military University of Technology) with shaping policy at both national and European levels. She previously served as the Director of Łukasiewicz – Warsaw Institute of Technology.

She represents the Main Council of Science and Higher Education in the Monitoring Committee for the European Funds for Digital Development (FERC) Programme and sits in the Management Committee of the COST Programme. Itrich-Drabarek has led major investment projects funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, European Funds for a Modern Economy, the National Centre for Research and Development, and Horizon Europe.

Her expertise focuses on forecasting models for public administration and industry, commercialisation frameworks, and digital transformation of public services.
