Has extensive experience in the metals and mining industry. Prior to joining Lumina Metals Corp, he was a senior executive at Glencore plc for nearly 10 years, where he led Group Business Development activities and global investments for one of the world’s largest natural resource companies. He also served as a Director and Chairman of Base Core Metals (sold to Sandstorm Gold for US$525M in 2022) and led the formation of the MARA copper project in Argentina. Mr. Pandoff began his career at BMO Capital Markets and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
