Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Geography and Regional Studies, University of Warsaw, and since July 2024, Deputy Director at the National Institute for Local Government. She specializes in local public finance and public services. She participated in the development of a proposal for reforming the equalization system for local governments in Poland as part of a project by the World Bank and the Ministry of Finance in 2015, as well as in numerous research projects funded by the National Science Centre and the European Union. She is the author of numerous scientific articles, expert opinions, and reports for local governments, ministries, international institutions, and non-governmental organizations. For many years, she has also collaborated with the journal Pismo Samorządu Terytorialnego Wspólnota.
