Economist, Urban Transformation Specialist, Deputy Mayor of Ochota District
Deputy Mayor of Warsaw’s Ochota district, with extenxive experience in implementing climate policies and delivering green transition projects. An expert on sustainable urban development and energy transition in local government. A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the London School of Economics, where she obtained a PhD in economic policy and a MSc Executive in Cities. She has worked in central and local government, as well as in the private sector. Between 2018 and 2022, she was responsible for the city’s climate policy, urban greenery and the anti-smog programme on the Board of the Capital City of Warsaw. Author of numerous publications on local government finance, energy efficiency and the green transition. She is a member of the CitySense think tank, the Programme Council of the Citizens’ Congress and the Institute for Energy and Climate Transformation at THINK TANK.
