Kacper Stanosz

Kacper Stanosz is an attorney-at-law in the Energy and Infrastructure Practice at CMS Poland. He advises on energy projects in Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe, focusing on energy transition and the development of renewable and low-carbon energy sources. His experience covers the full lifecycle of energy projects, from development and contracting through to M&A, project finance and commercial operation. He has advised on offshore and onshore wind, solar, energy storage, biogas and biomethane projects. A significant part of his practice also includes structuring and negotiating arrangements for the commercialisation of electricity, including regarding generation assets and energy storage.
