He has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 18 years. He began as a waiter and was promoted internally to the Conference and Banquet Sales department. His next step was managing the Sales and Marketing departments. While working for major hotel chains (Marriott International, Jin Jiang, and Radisson), he had the opportunity to collaborate on the opening of both chain and private hotels.

Since 2020, he has been associated with the Górskie Resorty Group, where he participated in the pre-opening of the Crystal Mountain Hotel in Wisła. After two years, he was responsible for standardizing standards across the Górskie Resorty group, and since 2023, he has served as General Manager of the Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA in Szklarska Poręba. As Vice President of the Górskie Resorty Group, he also helps optimize operating costs and maximize revenues at other Górskie Resorty hotels and participates in the pre-opening processes of the Group's new investments.
