Director General of the Society of Authors ZAiKS, legal counsel, and expert in copyright law. Previously affiliated with, among others, the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. He has extensive experience in international copyright law and its implementation. He served as Vice-Chair of the Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights at WIPO (2017–2018). He has published numerous academic articles on media and copyright law, as well as several short stories.
