Dr Karolina Czekaj is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics and holds a PhD in economics from the Wrocław University of Economics. She completed the prestigious Transition to General Manager program at INSEAD. She began her professional career in capital market financial institutions. She has been associated with Adamed Pharma since 2013.
For several years, she was responsible for financial liquidity, working capital management policy, and securing external funding for development. She is currently responsible for corporate-level finance, taxation, capital investments, strategic projects, and ownership supervision. She is also involved in Adamed Technology projects, focused primarily on supporting start-ups in the fields of medicine and healthcare. She serves as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of drEryk S.A.
