Karolina Roszyk is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in the energy sector. In November 2025, she was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Veolia Group in Poland, and three weeks later joined the Management Board of Veolia Energia Polska. She also continues to serve as Chief Financial Officer and Management Board Member of Veolia Energy Contracting Poland, where for several years she has been driving financial strategy and supporting the operational growth of the company specializing in energy, gas, and fuel trading.
Her career has been firmly rooted in the energy and finance industries, where she gained expertise in tax management and advisory within Veolia Group. Karolina Roszyk is a licensed tax advisor and a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics, where she completed a degree in Finance and Banking and finished a doctoral studies.
