Is a marketing professional specializing in marketing strategy and brand building. As Marketing Director at the UNIMOT Group, she leads brand development and communication, including oversight of marketing for the AVIA fuel station network in Poland and Ukraine.
She represents the next generation in the UNIMOT Group, actively contributing to the company’s succession process and long-term development.
Karolina holds a BA in War Studies from King’s College London and an MSc in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College London, and is a graduate of the 30 Under 30 program organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland.
Her expertise includes customer loyalty strategies, communication management, and strengthening brand market positioning.
She also works as a translator and assistant to Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, President Lech Wałęsa, supporting international engagements.
