Over 30 years of experience in professional commodity production, including 25 years of collaboration with Frito-Lay Poland. From the outset, the development of potato production within the Top Farms Group was conducted in partnership with organisations such as Frito-Lay. Together, they introduced new standards and quality requirements, first as internal Frito-Lay guidelines under the Vendor Assurance programme, and then as EuroGap and GlobalGap, building awareness of 'trusted field' and 'trusted food’.
In recent years, Top Farms has adopted a regenerative agriculture model across all its farms. Since 2022, the company has been certified under the Program of Integrated Regenerative Production of the Terra Nostra Foundation. Bureau Veritas carries out audits under this program, ensuring independent verification of farms’ compliance with environmental and social requirements.
Top Farms also conducts detailed calculations of the carbon footprint of its crops, considering both emissions and CO₂ sequestration in soils. This enables Top Farms to report its climate impact accurately to customers, thereby strengthening trust and transparency throughout the supply chain.
