Lech co-founded OnlinePizza Norden and PizzaPortal.pl (now Glovo), which became part of the global delivery giant Delivery Hero. As the former CEO of SunRoof, he established a European leader in building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), transforming it into one of the region's fastest-growing cleantech companies. Today, as the founder of Faraday X, he is pioneering the Energy-as-a-Service model for ultra-light PV systems and energy storage.
A recipient of Sweden’s "Builder of the Year" award under the patronage of King Carl XVI Gustaf and a finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year, Lech is also the author of the bestselling books The Power of Momentum, Angel in Hell and The Two Numbers the Build or Break Every Business. He serves on the board of public institutions and business schools in Warsaw and Stockholm.
