He has many years of experience in management positions in companies operating in the mining and energy sectors. He worked at Nadwiślańska Spółka Węglowa S.A., Kompania Węglowa S.A. and TAURON Wytwarzanie S.A. From 2015, managing director at Południowy Koncern Węglowy S.A. (formerly TAURON Wydobycie S.A.). Since the beginning of his professional activity, he has taken an active part in internal organisational restructuring processes and in corporate ownership transformations.
He graduated with a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Management, Krakow University of Economics, and completed postgraduate studies including an MBA at Kozminski University and a Management Studies program at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
