Lukasz Gola is a manager with many years of experience in the Polish and European energy sector. He joined Hitachi Europe in 2009, responsible for analysis and business development in the energy sector in the CEE region. In years 2014-2025, Director of Business Development for T&D Solutions in Europe. From 2025 Director of Business Development (Energy) in CEE region with scope encompassing nuclear with particular focus on SMR projects. For several years, he also cooperated with the Regional Corporate Center on the preparation and implementation of the Hitachi Group's development strategy in the region. The projects he completed include some of the largest investment projects in the energy generation in the region, as well as smart grid solutions, distinguished as the most innovative implementations in the energy industry. Lukasz received PhD at the Warsaw School of Economics and is a graduate of management courses at MIT, INSEAD and IESE Business School.
