He specializes in innovation-related topics, particularly in securing funding for R&D activities and investments in the form of grants and tax incentives. He works with Polish and international companies on project selection and optimization, shaping innovation and financing strategies, and developing research agendas. He has participated in or led teams in projects with a total funding value exceeding PLN 1 billion. His client portfolio is primarily composed of companies operating in the life sciences sector.
Łukasz is a co-author of numerous articles, reports, and two books on state aid: Repayable Financing of Urban Development from EU Funds – The JESSICA Initiative and EU Funds 2014–2020. New Perspective – New Opportunities.
