Heads the Regulatory Research Team at the Warsaw Stock Exchange since February 2025. Previously, he spent five years working as an expert at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), where his main responsibility was the implementation of the government’s capital market development strategy. Between 2014 and 2018, he served as Chief Economist at the Warsaw-based think tank WiseEuropa, coordinating a wide range of research and analytical projects, including those focused on the middle-income trap and the impact of capital market development on economic growth.
He is the author and co-author of numerous publications on economic and financial topics and is also affiliated with the University of Warsaw, where he previously earned degrees in economics and philosophy.
