Maciej Młynarczyk
Has over 25 years of experience in matters related to geological and mining issues. He is a deposit geologist, an expert in the management of coal deposits, an author and verifier of geological documentation of mineral deposits, an advisor to the management boards of mining companies, and a verifier and author of geological information valuations. He is the author and co-author of publications on Polish mineral deposits, including monographs on hard coal mining; opinions and expert opinions for geological and mining companies and ministries responsible for mining, the environment, and geology. He was the head of research projects on deposit issues, the documentation of mineral deposits, and the valuation of deposits. He is a member of the Mineral Resources Commission at the Minister of the Environment/Climate (since 2003), the Polish Association of Mining Geologists (since 2017), and the European Geological Survey (MREG). He is a Meritorious Service to Polish Geology and a Second Degree General Director of Mining. Director of the Department of Geology of the Ministry of Climate and Environmental – from March 8, 2024.
