Maciej Pilipczuk has served as CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of Emitel S.A. since January 1, 2025. He has been with the company since 2015, previously holding various positions, including CFO and Member of the Management Board. Maciek has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and digital infrastructure industry, gained at market leaders such as Emitel, UPC Polska, and Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa / T-Mobile Polska.
Throughout his career, Maciek has been involved in key changes for the Polish telecommunications market, including the development of 3G/4G/5G telecommunications networks, the construction of extensive networks providing access to the first 3-play services, the consolidation of the cable and tower operator market, and the development of terrestrial digital infrastructure with access to Europe’s best digital terrestrial television.
He is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics, where he earned a master’s degree in Finance and Banking, and of Aalborg University in Denmark, where he earned an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration. He has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2012.
