Maciej Siudak
Brigadier General, Expert, Polska Izba Dual Use
Is a Brigadier General (Ret.) with over 37 years of experience in command roles and in managing logistics processes within the Polish Armed Forces, as well as in international operations.
While serving in senior command and staff positions within the logistics domain, he planned, organized, and executed logistical support for military units at the tactical formation level, including ensuring the effective introduction into service of newly acquired Leopard tanks together with their accompanying equipment. He carried out comprehensive defence procurement processes, from the identification of operational needs, through the analytical and conceptual phase, to the implementation stage. During his service at the Inspectorate for Armed Forces Support, he participated in the organization of holistic logistics support and sustainment processes at the strategic-operational level.
Maciej also has extensive experience working in international environments, gained during overseas missions in Syria (Golan Heights), Iraq, Chad, and Afghanistan. As Head of the Logistics Branch of the Multinational Division Central-South in Iraq, he was responsible for logistical support and sustainment of both Polish and allied units.
His knowledge and experience enable him to prepare realistic assessments of the military equipment market and tactical-logistical analyses that support decision-making and business processes.
