Is a sociologist of education and expert at the Educational Research Institute (Education Change Team), long-serving president of the Foundation for Quality Education, and co-founder of the School of Education — a joint initiative of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation and the University of Warsaw. She collaborates with the Union of Polish Metropolises and SOS for Education. She has worked in international education working groups at the European Commission and the OECD. A graduate of the Interdisciplinary Individual Studies in the Humanities (MISH) at the University of Warsaw and Collegium Invisibile, she is an alumna of the German Marshall Fund fellowship and the Finnish Business and Policy Forum EVA.
