She has spent most of her career at PKO Bank Polski, where she led enterprise-wide strategy design and delivery. Leader of PKO BP's digital transformation program. Today she drives strategic transformation and development of private banking and investment products business across the entire PKO BP Group.
In her work she focuses on building sustainable business value, strengthening customer-centricity and effectively translating strategy into operational results.
She has been a long-standing member of the PKO VC Investment Committee. Since September 2025, a member of the Supervisory Board of PKO TFI (Investment Fund Company).
Magdalena holds an Executive MBA from Warsaw University of Technology and an AI Executive certificate from Zicklin School of Business, City University of New York. She has completed postgraduate programs in business value management at Warsaw School of Economics and for finance executives at University of Łódź.
