Speakers

A sociologist and graduate of the University of Warsaw, she is the President of the Zbigniew Pełczyński School for Leaders. For over 20 years, she has been active at the intersection of leadership and the social sector. She has held management positions, led teams and projects, and worked as a consultant and expert. She has co-founded and collaborated with, among others, Forum Energii, the Warsaw Food Bank, and Stowarzyszenie Harcerskie. She has been associated with the School for Leaders for nearly 15 years. She specializes in values-based leadership development. She supports leaders in building effectiveness, courage, and agency—both through individual training sessions and long-term development processes within organizations and institutions. She works in the areas of leadership and communication and provides coaching. An enthusiast of change, challenging the status quo, and asking the right questions.
