Małgorzata Bogusz
President of the Management Board, Institute for the Development of Social Affairs, European Economic and Social Committee, CCMI Delegate - Consultative Commission on Industrial Change
Has been working in the field of healthcare and health policy for over 20 years. She served as a member of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) from 2020 to 2025 and is currently a delegate to the EESC Consultative Commission on Industrial Change (CCMI) for the 2026–2030 term.
She is the founder of the Institute for Social Policy Development, a civic think tank that brings together experts and practitioners to discuss the healthcare system. She initiated the Healthcare Policy Summit debate series and the “Road to the Presidency” conference cycle. Under her editorial leadership, key publications have been released, including The White Paper: Expert Recommendations in the Area of Healthcare (2025) and The White Paper: Soldier’s Health – A Challenge for a Secure Future (2026).
She is the co‑founder of the advisory firm Vision Group Executive Advisors. Małgorzata Bogusz also serves as President of the Kulski Foundation for Polish‑American Relations, whose mission focuses on promoting patriotic and historical values.
