A graduate of International Relations at Collegium Civitas and postgraduate studies in project evaluation at the University of Warsaw.
For over a decade, he has been professionally involved in the field of European funds. Since 2008, he has been associated with PARP, where he has co-developed and implemented public instruments supporting entrepreneurship, based on innovative solutions and cooperation with innovation centres. He is responsible for the implementation of startup acceleration programmes carried out in collaboration with corporations (Startup Booster Poland) and the Startup Platforms for New Ideas programme in Eastern Poland. He supervises the implementation of PARP’s pilot instruments aimed at supporting and shaping the national startup ecosystem. He also participates in the design and evaluation of instruments for the upcoming EU financial perspective.
