Position: President
Counsel at the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland (PGRP) and attorney-at-law. He co-organized the Central Office of the General Counsel to the State Treasury and co-authored executive acts issued under the Act on the General Counsel to the State Treasury. He also co-authored scholarly publications in the field of civil law.
He has developed legal positions in numerous high-profile cases involving the State Treasury and has participated in the review and drafting of legislative acts concerning the State Treasury’s key rights and interests. He also has extensive market experience.
A highly regarded lecturer, he teaches courses and delivers lectures to trainee attorneys-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association.
Holder of a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Warsaw.
Appointed Deputy President of the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland on 17 May 2017.
On 14 May 2024, he was appointed a member of the Civil Law Codification Commission.
On 12 December 2025, he was appointed President of the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland.
