He is responsible for driving Visa’s growth in Poland, building and maintaining relationships with banks and fintechs that issue Visa cards, as well as with acquirers supporting merchants that accept card payments. Previously, he led the development of digital payments at Visa, with a particular focus on e‑commerce transactions and strategic partnerships across Central and Eastern Europe. He was involved in long-term, cross‑market initiatives coordinating the work of Visa teams across CEE and beyond, and also managed sales activities in the Polish market.

In the past, he also served as Head of Portfolio Strategy and Partnerships at Citi Handlowy, where he managed a team responsible for developing the credit card business. He oversaw initiatives aimed at increasing customer value through product enhancements, new rewards programs and targeted marketing campaigns.

As a manager with many years of experience, he places strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement.
