A graduate of the Kraków University of Economics and executive programmes in strategy and management at Harvard University and Stanford University.
He has over 25 years of experience in corporate banking. He began his professional career within the ING Group. He then spent many years with Raiffeisen Bank, where he was responsible for corporate and SME banking in southern Poland. He co-developed the bank’s corporate sales model as well as the credit process framework.
He subsequently joined the BNP Paribas Group, where he was responsible for managing corporate banking sales and, as a tribe leader, led the transformation and automation of credit processes for corporate clients.
In 2023, he joined mBank as Director of the Large Enterprises Department. He also serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of mFaktoring. In April 2026, he was appointed President of the Management Board of mLeasing.
