An expert in public participation and the third sector with 15 years of experience in NGOs. He has managed organizations in Poland and worked as an expert for the European Commission and the Foundation for the Development of the Education System, assessing Erasmus+ and AMIF applications, as well as in NGO and social economy incubators. As a coordinator, trainer, and consultant, he has implemented Erasmus+ projects across Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. From 2010 to 2015, he managed the Volunteer Center in Kielce. He has worked on youth issues, local democracy, and youth policy, chairing the EU National Working Group. Former member of the Monitoring Committee of the Świętokrzyskie Regional Operational Programme, Vice-Chair of the Polish Council of Youth Organizations (2011–2014), and Board member of OFOP (2015). He also gained experience as a volunteer in India, Bolivia, and the USA. Graduate of the University of Warsaw, Collegium Civitas and leadership programmes. City Councillor in Kielce (2019–2024). Member of the Council for Public Benefit Activity.
