Michał Goszczyński

Position: Director of Department of International Cooperation

Since March 2026, he has served as Director of the Department of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Previously, he held the position of Deputy Director in the Department of Innovation and Development. He oversees, among other areas, issues related to Poland’s involvement in large-scale research infrastructures, as well as the programming and implementation of the EU financial perspectives for 2014–2020 and 2021–2027, including the Euratom and Horizon Europe programmes. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Joint Research Centre of the European Union.
