Michał Kłosiński

Michał Kłosiński is an associate professor at The Faculty of Humanities, University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland. Michał is a member of DiGRA and the utopian studies community. He participated in the Paris Program in Critical Theory.
He co-edited three and authored four monographs. His recent books focus on the intersections between game studies theory, existential philosophy, utopianism (Hermenuetyka gier wideo 2018), and game interpretation (Przygody cyfrowego tułacza 2023). He established the Game Studies Research Centre at the University of Silesia in Katowice. His current research problematizes the relationship between games and biopolitics.
