A manager, economist, and capital markets expert with extensive experience in Polish and international financial institutions, he specializes in public and private markets, directly managing or supervising investments of multi-person investment teams. He possesses extensive knowledge of macroeconomics and economic processes.
During his career, he was associated with, among others, Noble Funds TFI, where, as a management board member, he was responsible for investment decisions. He chaired or participated in the investment committees of funds operating on public markets and in the areas of private debt, distressed debt, private equity, and mezzanine. He also worked for the pan-European investment group WOOD & Company, where he was responsible for implementing the expansion of one of the group's business lines in Poland.
Member of the Future Council of the Prime Minister (since 2026). He has received numerous industry awards, including the Golden Portfolio for investment performance twice and the title of Best Macroeconomic Analyst twice.
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Accounting) and the Warsaw University of Technology (Management), he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, an Investment Advisor license, and the ESG Investing certification issued by the CFA Institute.
