Position: Vice President of the Management Board

Is responsible for the personnel area of the Impel Group – one of the largest providers of outsourcing services in Poland, creating over 40,000 jobs. As the CHRO of the Impel Group, she oversees matters related to personnel policy, work organisation, and the development of solutions supporting the effective management of a large and diverse employment structure.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław, and completed postgraduate studies in systems management at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering at the Wrocław University of Economics and Business. She was also a doctoral student at the Institute of Economic Sciences at the University of Wrocław. Furthermore, she completed an economics course organised by the Central European University in Bratislava.

She has been associated with the Impel Group since 2000. During this time, she has held managerial positions within the Group's companies. Since 2016, she has served as a member of the Management Board of Impel S.A., responsible for the personnel area of the Impel Group.

Monika Chudobska is a member of the HR Directors’ Council of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs and the Subgroup for Labour Market Policy Reform at the Social Dialogue Council. She participated in the work of the Health and Safety Commission at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy as a consultant representing the Polish Institute for Human Rights and Business. She is the author of scientific publications and co-author of books in the field of economic policy.
